I strongly believe that a healthy lifestyle is one key to happiness and wellness, and the connection between mind and body is very important. That's why I help my clients understand that exercise keeps them healthier, more functional, not only in their athletic performance, but also in their activities of daily life. Regular exercise also helps reduce stress and facilitates sleep. I keep my sessions fun, diversified, and I always include play time!
I have been an athlete all my life, playing volleyball and beach volleyball in Europe, from my teens into my adulthood. Tennis is one of my biggest passions in life, and so are swimming, kayaking, bodysurfing, scuba diving and stand up paddling. Because of my athletic background, I understand the importance of cross-training, and how vital it is to maintain a high level of flexibility.
